Spring supports and hangers are in two types: variable and constant. The spring support and hanger contains cylindrical helical spring and can bear load while adapting to thermal displacement of equipment and pipelines. Under permissible load, constant spring supports and hangers can always maintain balance between load torque and spring torque, and provide constant support force, without producing additional stress on equipment and pipelines.
Variable spring supports and hangers have displacement range of 0~120mm, load range of 154~217384N, and operating environmental temperature range of -20℃~200℃.
Constant spring supports and hangers have displacement range of 50-750mm, load range of 160~400000N, and operating environmental temperature range of -20℃~200℃.
Widely used for hanging or support of power station boiler proper, steam pipes, water pipes, flue gas and air pipes, and burners etc., as well as equipment of petrochemical industry and other places where displacement and stressing need to be reduced.
Sunpower Piping started to study special support design and manufacture technology for high temperature reaction zone of propane dehydrogenation plant in 2010, and provide clients with technical consultancy service and scheme design service etc. Through overall film stress analysis and local stress analysis for high temperature pipelines and special supports, special supports that support pipelines and limit their positions under ultra-high temperature (704℃) ultra-large axial load (250T) operating conditions have been designed, completing special supports design, manufacture, installation, and commissioning services for a number of PDH projects home and abroad.

Sunpower ultra-low friction pipe supports are pertinent by a joint professional technical force (this company along with universities and scientific research and design institutes) via finite element analysis and simulation experimental verification, based on understanding relevant technologies home and abroad and comprehensive application of materials, structure, and stress technologies. Since their friction coefficient is less than 0.03, horizontal friction on equipment and pipeline saddles is greatly reduced, improving safety of pipelines and equipment nozzles.
Ultra-low friction pipe supports have applicable load range of 5000~8000000N and operating environmental temperature range of -20℃~200℃.
Widely used for petrochemical industry where ordinary low friction pipe supports cannot satisfy support of pipelines and equipment to meet stress requirements on pipeline system and equipment pipe openings.
Cold support is a low temperature/ultra-low temperature high efficiency energy saving pipe support product. Core coldness maintaining parts of this type of pipe support adopt foaming raw materials of BASF and DOW. In combination with special formulary technique and manufacture process of SUNPOWER, coldness maintaining materials of stable performance and long service life (HD-PIR and HD-PU) have been manufactured, and feature low heat conduction coefficient, strong resistance to pressure, strong resistance to folding, excellent flame retardant performance, and strong resistance to aging. These pipe supports are highly appraised by clients home and abroad.
Cold supports have pipe diameter range of DN15~DN2000, applicable load range of 2000~600000N, operating environmental temperature range of -200℃~150℃, and cold block thickness range of 30~300mm.
Widely used to support low temperature process pipelines, low temperature equipment, tower rack, and low temperature medium transmission pipelines for air separation, LNG, LPG, low temperature ethylene, and propylene etc.

Dual temperature supports are dual high efficiency energy saving pipe support products that adopt core dual temperature structural design. Through temperature operating condition analysis (e.g. -165℃ to 280℃), in combination with pipeline thermal insulation thickness and climatic conditions, dual temperature pipe supports meeting engineering and process design requirements have been designed and manufactured, improving qualified product output rate.

Damper is a vibration control device sensitive to speed. Damper piston movement is controlled by damping medium and valve, to suppress vibration of pipeline or equipment due to periodic or impact load, thereby protecting pipelines or suppressing vibration.
Travel range: 0~500mm; load range; 0~500KN; blocking speed: 2~6mm/s
Dampers can protect pipeline systems, main pumps, important valves, pressure vessels, steam turbines, and main bearing beams etc.
